I’ve always been passionate about staging and redesigning homes. I love flower arrangements, putting home decorations and designs in order, and bringing a space to life. But I decided to turn my passion from a hobby and invest it into helping my clients design their dream homes and attract high-paying clients a few years ago. I realized many people had the perfect picture of how they want their dream home to be but don’t know how to put the pieces together and make it into something they love. Many homes get stuck in the market for long because buyers can’t visualize and connect to them. Property buyers also spend months looking for a place they can call home.

Often, a home’s structure isn’t what attracts buyers. It is the connection they feel. If a structure’s interior triggers fond memories or exude the style, luxury, and warmth they want, buyers can connect to it and visualize themselves in it. Once that happens, they’ll be convinced the home’s right for them and make a purchase.

My goal is to help my clients stage and design their properties into what they love and into what prospective buyers want. I do this by staging the home luxuriously, adding the right furniture, setting the perfect flower arrangements, and combing the best colors to depict taste, affluence, and comfort. But I don’t do all these without deeply understanding my target audience. I figure out what prospective buyers want and create a home design that aligns perfectly with the picture they’ve imagined.
